Employees of Lazada’s LEL Express starts Business English (Direct English UK) training
20 employees of LEL Express were in high spirit when their Business English (Direct English UK) training finally commenced on 4 August 2020. The plan to conduct the training programme was halted since April 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Kuljinder Kaur, Direct English Malaysia’s principal trainer, was at the company’s sortation centre in Subang Jaya, Selangor to conduct the first session of the training programme with the Covid-19 SOPs fully observed or complied.
Modules that are to be delivered in the Business English training include Telephoning, Social English, Customer Care, Teamworking, Negotiation, Presentations, among others.
