Appointing a Direct English Unit Licensee

We’re looking for strategic partners interested in franchise business opportunities with the necessary experience, resources and vision to represent us within Malaysia & Singapore.

As a Unit Licensee for Direct English, you would be responsible for developing our language program within a certain territory on an exclusive basis. If you are any of the following we’d love to hear from you:

Language schools or training networks for adults, currently providing training, with an established network of centers, and / or a strong network of contacts within the corporate training sector

Owners of IT training or Business and Management training centers currently providing training with an established network of centers, and / or a strong network of contacts with the corporate training sector

Entrepreneurs or private investor groups looking for a new and rewarding opportunity

Established nationwide distributors of English language training material

It is not essential to have any prior experience in the English language training market or with an education franchise to succeed with Direct English. We’re looking for ambitious and enthusiastic business people who wish to develop Direct English, and are prepared to work hard to achieve success. Are you someone who can build relationships, have excellent communication skills and possess the business acumen to seize this lucrative opportunity? If so, we want to hear from you. Which Unit Licensee territory rights are available?

Commercial Terms

If you are appointed a Direct English Unit Licensee, you will need to have the investment to pay a one-off license fee, as well as royalty, payment for stock and of course set-up and ongoing costs for the business. The overall cost will vary greatly depending on the size of the territory, agreed business models and access to existing infrastructure and HR / marketing resources, but we can help identify this during our discussions.
